SHIPPING POLICY

 

SparkBlox partners with major international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, as well as local couriers.

This allows us to deliver directly to your door while offering a flat shipping rate for deliveries worldwide.

 

💳 Payment and Verification

 

You will be charged at the time of the order.

All payments must be verified and approved prior to shipping, which may take several days.

To fight bank fraud, orders with errors in billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

 

📦 Order Processing Times

 

Order processing takes an average of 2 to 5 business days before being passed to our logistics center.

Some items may require up to 10 business days, particularly during periods of high demand or holidays.

Once logistics processing has started, it is no longer possible to modify the address or contents of the order.

We ship only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on manufacturing locations, and thus arrive on different dates.

 

🔍 Order Tracking

 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

This number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

For some carriers, tracking may take a few days to update.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and the tracking has still not updated, please contact us.

United States 5 to 8 business days
Canada, Europe 5 to 15 business days
Australia, New Zealand 7 to 18 business days
Mexico, Central & South America 14 to 20 business days

These times are estimates excluding logistics processing (2–5 days).

We do our best to meet deadlines, but SparkBlox cannot be held responsible for delays related to external circumstances:

  • Customs and import formalities

  • Holiday periods or public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Strikes or social unrest

 

💰 Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, applied upon arrival in the destination country.

These fees are the customer's responsibility.

SparkBlox has no control over these fees and cannot predict them.

In the event of refusal of delivery or return of the package, you will be responsible for import and return costs.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

SparkBlox is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your tracking number indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with your neighbors or building manager.

  2. Contact the carrier and open a claim.

We rely on the carrier's tracking data and proof of delivery.

Any damage not reported within 48 hours of receipt may not be covered.

 

❗ Incorrect Address – Warning

 

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address before placing an order.

📌 Once the order is placed, we process it immediately.

We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been validated and sent.
